About Ferit Özşen's Exhibition at Cumalı Art Gallery 

In context of visual arts, sculpting could be regarded as muscle power. This is why sculpting in Turkey is not much older than 70 years. It only started to develop at the start of the 20^th century, or to be more precise after the foundation of the Republic (1923). Personal sculpture exhibitions have been organised since the 1920’s and they are getting to be more frequent ever since. Ferit Özşen's personal exhibition at the Cumalı Art Gallery is one of these. In this exhibition Ferit not only offers insight into his talent but also underlines the demanding side of sculpting with his mastery in dexterity and casting bronze. Good work
