Born, Istanbul in 1974 started education in 1993 at Hacettepe
University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture and later
completed her graduate degree at Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Fine
Arts. Participated in mixed exhibitions and symposiums in Istanbul,
Ankara, Bodrum, France, Slovenia, Denmark and Germany. Tülay İçöz was
awarded third place at the 2006 Art Istanbul Upcoming Artists –
Sculpture Competition.
