MARİA KILIÇLIOĞLU
Maria Kılıçlıoğlu was born in Sofia
in 1958 The artist who is the daughter of afamet sculptor was educated
in Textiles in the Stare Fine arts Academy during 1978 -1985 Since
1988 to date .she has been combining Works of both cast bronze arid
painting .Maria Kılıçlıoğlu arranged 53 personal exhibitions and
panticipated in numerous mixed exhibitions.she has drawn great
attention in Germany and her Works have been included in many
collections in France,Japan and the United states. Because she
implements her casting method by anplying the waxing technigue from
the beginning tlil the end end ,her Works exhibit matchless beauty.The
bronze Atatürk bust she made in 1993 has been presented to the Repubile
of Turkey Sofia Embassy.
